Refund Policy

1. Digital Delivery Returns

Due to the nature of digital goods (accounts, IPTV, license keys), all sales are generally considered **final** once the product details are delivered to you. You cannot return a digital item simply if you change your mind.

2. Warranty Coverage & Replacements

Instead of refunds, we offer a comprehensive replacement warranty for ALL products for their intended duration (e.g., 1 month, 6 months). If an account stops working due to factors outside your control, we will replace it free of charge as quickly as possible. Please contact our support team using the chatbot to request a replacement.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will ONLY be issued under the following circumstances:

  • We fail to deliver the digital item within 24 hours of purchase.
  • An item is completely defective upon delivery, and we are completely unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours of you contacting support.
  • An accidental duplicate charge occurred on our end.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • You shared or resold the account to third parties.
  • You changed the account password or email address when explicitly told not to.
  • You lost interest, bought it by mistake (if it was already delivered), or lack the technical knowledge to use a standard app (e.g., VPN software, streaming app).

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund that meets the above criteria, please initiate a support request through the chatbot on the homepage by typing "human" and providing details of your issue. Approved refunds can take 3-7 business days to reflect on your payment method.
